Envy

Although you are so happy for them,
when everyone around you is getting engaged
it just reminds you of how single you are
and how much you want to find that happiness
for yourself that you see in your friends.
Maybe someday....
maybe not.

Dull

Constant blinking on a sea of white,
and there never seems to be an end.
Cannot find the perfect fit
so the color fills the monotonous space.
There's never any inspiration.
No passion.
What is there to live for
if there is nothing to be passionate about?
